I am not sure what I would have done without Butler & Stag.
The sale of my property was part of a deceased estate and therefore had many emotions attached. The sale process was a long one with various unforeseen obstacles that needed to be overcome due to issues with the estate, however Michael Woolley and his team the entire time remained highly professional, patient, communicative and responsive. Michael and his team always identified the best solution and ensured that all stakeholders were engaged and updated.
I always felt confident that I was in the right hands and that they were acting in my best interests. They remained objective at all times and helped manage effectively situations that arose between different solicitors.
I certainly kept Butler & Stag busy with my case and am grateful for the personal service they offered me which finally resulted in a successful sale and positive outcome. I highly recommend their service.

We started trying to sell our property with another well known estate agent in the East End and after 4 months without an offer decided to try Butler & Stag after Michael popped round to give us a valuation. We liked his straightforward attitude and his vast local knowledge of the market and found him to be totally committed to our sale even though we were offered the 0% commission deal. Within 10 days we had had many viewings and an offer which we accepted. Michael kept us fully informed after every viewing with spot on feedback and generally gave us invaluable advice during the whole process. We felt he was always there for us to talk to when things got stressful and whilst totally professional he also has great communication skills and went the extra mile to help us which we will always be grateful for. Michael also recommended an excellent Solicitor and a fantastic Removals company when we asked. In short Michael is very very good at his job and we would recommend him and the team at Butler and Stag without any reservations.

Excellent service throughout - I engaged Butler and Stag to sell my property in Stepney, E1. I had previously experienced issues with different estates agents that I had engaged in previous attempts to both rent and sell my property. Michael Woolley visited my property to give a market valuation and I found him to be very knowledgeable on the area and found his honest appraisal refreshing. This was particularly important due to the need to understand the cost / benefit balance of undertaking remedial action in relation to damage that had been done to the property by previous tenants. We agreed a very competitive rate for their services and they began to market the property immediately. Their sales particulars were of very good quality and the pictures taken really highlighted the key features of the property. There was a high number of viewings in the first few weeks that the property was on the market and resulted in a number of offers. They provided me with prompt and detailed information regarding each offer including analysis of the relative positions of all potential buyers. They managed a short period of negotiation on my behalf where they demonstrated impeccable ethics in relation to attempts from one party to gazump another. They continued to provide me with frequent and detailed updates during the conveyancing period. Ultimately the property was sold to a cash buyer for a higher then expected price. I can't thank them or recommend their services enough.

Michael and his team at Butler and Stag on Roman Road did an excellent job for us, helping sell our property.
Every aspect of the sale was handled with great professionalism and courtesy, Appointments were promptly scheduled and kept. The valuation was good and dealings with the purchaser were clear and quick.
We always felt we knew what was going on and what we had to do next. Michael kept in regular contact, informing us quickly of any developments. The sale exchanged with no difficulties and we are looking forward to moving next week.
