Terrible service. They over price houses just to get you on the market then offer you a gimmic launch that DOESN'T work. We paid the top 1.5 % for what turned out to be a pityful excuse of customer service. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone - cheaper options out there. Dont waste your money on them, youll likely be very disappointed.

What a terrible company, do not use them unless you want the hassle of chasing them up time and time again and failing to do what they said they would do both before, during and after a sale.. We had to chase them time and time again for progress reports, pictures of our property were displayed in the wrong order and at one point the lead photograph showed a toilet for goodness sake. Staff failed to arrive in plenty of time to show prospective clients around meaning we passed prospective viewers as we departed the house, they knew nothing about solar power systems and failed to grasp the significance of this type of system adding value to the property, they failed to respond to calls, and after an offer did come in and was accepted then their supposedly wonderful service was woeful, We are currently taking them to the property ombudsman to complain about them. Dont use this company!!

All the staff at Preston Baker, Selby we very helpful and professional. They arrange viewings and returned phone calls promptly, answered our questions and gave us good advice and help with the purchase of the property. once the sale was agreed Karen from the Yorks office kept us informed of every stage. She helped to keep thing running smooth for us, and kept a level head on things which really helped us when thing got a bit traumatic. We have moved house a few times and Preston Baker have been the best estate agents we have had working for us even though we were buyers though them not sellers. Thank You.

Initially James visited our property for a valuation. I chose Preston Baker as they had a wide range of properties similar to mine. Although I could have used a cheaper agent the service I received was superior and I would rather pay that little extra for a good service and the little extras they offer such as professional photographs which were a massive part of the marketing. The rightmove stats showed the valuation was about right, James said to market at £125k to achieve around the £120k mark which is what we achieved. Post offer Karen Preece was very helpful and put our mind at rest. She offered very good advice and our sale went through smoothly on the date we asked. She was always on the end of the phone and spent a good while reassuring me things were going through as normal.
