Chamberlains were recommended to us by a family member who had had excellent service from this agency when selling their house recently. We found the service we received to be really first class. Great care was taken to try to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Staff members were available to chat about any concerns we had and were most professional in all their dealings with us. We had numerous viewings over about two weeks, leading to three offers being made. I should also add that Chamberlains' staff went over and above what we expected from the service provided by the agency. I have no hesitation whatever in recommending this agency to anyone selling their property.
What agent could do to change your mind?
In discussion with the agent, I agreed with the approximate valuation range of £175000 - £180000. In the event, there was significant interest in the property that resulted in three offers being made. As a result, we were able to achieve rather more for the house than the expected valuation. If there had not been that level of interest, I would not have expected the asking price to exceed £180000

Both my partner and I are very excited and great full for the teams effort in securing our very first home together which as you can imagin is a nerve racking but dream come true!

They answered all our questions and always returned calls if we ever left a message. We think they went over and above with the help they gave us during the transition of our move from London to Devon as without them it could have been very stressful.

We chose Sue because of her specialist knowledge of the area which we knew would help us sell our home. We achieved a sales price well above the advice given by other agents but she was confident she could obtain a sale at her valuation. She worked hard to find the right buyer for us and was open and honest about those she thought would not proceed. I'd trust her judgement and would have no hesitation in using her again. Very flexible and helpful on viewings, definitely went above and beyond what we expected.

I cannot recommend Chamberlains enough! As first time buyers we were nervous and didn't know what to expect but Sue made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the front door of our viewing. My house sale was the result of the recent loss of my mother. Sue carried out the initial view to valuate etc. She was so kind and respectful of my mums house and of my emotional state yet was extremely efficient and professional. I had a lot to deal with and she was very understanding; II really felt she went the additional mile for me. Hannah kept me a praised of all the viewings, feedback and any offers. She also went the extra mile for me. Both were extremely proactive when the exchange and completion were taking so long and kept me informed all the way. I even heard from Sue about the completion before my solicitor told me! Lovely and friendly - I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
