Everyone was extremely helpful, very enthusiastic and would always keep us up to date with what was happening whilst we were purchasing our house. Whenever I rang up and mentioned my name, they knew who I was and which property we were buying. Anytime we wanted some info, or to visit to measure up it was never too much trouble.

It is tough enough trying to get a viewing for student properties in general, but in this case, their system is broken. I emailed them before their office opened, then called them at 9am, was told to call back. Then went onto their online facility to book an appointment, as directed by their email... Read Full Review

It is tough enough trying to get a viewing for student properties in general, but in this case, their system is broken. I emailed them before their office opened, then called them at 9am, was told to call back. Then went onto their online facility to book an appointment, as directed by their email response. I wrote in the online message that if my suggested time is not good then just put us down for the available time slot, anytime is ok. The email says viewing is provisionally booked.

It is tough enough trying to get a viewing for student properties in general, but in this case, their system is broken. Call them back 30 mins later, and got told all the viewing slots are gone!!!
This is not good enough! If the online system does not work for student flats then don't email people to use it!!
I doubt if they even checked the emails and online entries before even booking the slots.
As far as Andrews' is concerned they just work for 10 mins, get the 5-6 slots filled any old way and then job done, but they should be responding to people more helpfully, especially young students.
