My Best Friend and Business Partner is the only way I can honestly describe my relationship with Raz, Polat, Elisa, Tijen and the rest of the Team at Nelsons. My wife, Emma and I are about to sell our home, leave the UK and travel the world. Having dealt with many different estate agents over the years; Raz and his Team are the only people that I trust completely to manage my property business. They provide a balanced service for both the tenant and the landlord with a level of service and HONESTY that I have NEVER found in another estate agent or other service provider. Even though they are running a business in a cutthroat industry they are still fair to tenants whilst maximizing my rental income and minimising my repair costs. I come from an accounting and service management background and when the fist introduced the repair / maintenance side of the business I was their worst nightmare. I questioned everything including the fundamental way in which they managed their process. Where other agents would have said goodbye; they listened and improved the process. Recently a not so nice window contractor did a sub-optimal job and a fancy tilt and turn window and Tijen fought to get a full £718.80 refund and when I asked her if she wanted anything for the time she put into the job she replied "No thank you." To me this was above and beyond my expectations given my experience of contractors over my 6 years managing restaurants. Raz manages my London properties which are very nice high end flats but when I have issues with other agents in London or social housing out of London I pop in for a chat and a coffee, which he never lets me pay for. He always advises me on the best course of action to give the optimal solution be it short or long term. When I have asked other estate agents for advice to maximise a capital gain they can only see as far as this years budget with no regard to my bank balance. Raz understands Life, Loyalty and long term goals to give a perfect balance between buy to let income and capital gains that I have never seen before and that includes one of my best friends who is also and estate agent. To me other estate agents appear so focused on this years profit that they just cannot see the big picture. Raz and his team seem like a paradox of everything that I have experienced with estate agents over 10 years managing my property business. Are perfect? No they are human. But they are dynamic and efficient with every aspect of protecting my business profits and my peace of mind. I'm not sure I can every thank you enough and hope that my words do you justice.

When I eventually found a property with Nelsons, Aki got me in for a viewing immediately and I made an offer. When my offer was accepted Aki kept me informed throughout the process and helped my purchase complete within 2 months! This is definitely down to Aki being efficient and a good communicator! It had just hit the market & I was able to get all the official stuff underway on the same day thanks to both Aki & Polat.
Everything moved swiftly & smoothly from that point which was great as I was admittedly quite eager to tie things up.
