Having been in discussions with Debbie on and off for about a year regarding our pending move I feel that she delivered exactly what was promised if not more. My wife and I are moving out of the area for word reasons and could never commit to a date until now which is when Debbie jumped into action!
We now have a young couple who both hold fantastic jobs and are what I would call grade A. References and credit checks were carried out and all handles hassle free.
We are now moving away form London with the knowledge that my home is being looked after and managed by Colemans Estates who I have total trust in.

We joked about how boring it must be to listen to 3 agents go on and on about how good they were! My mother thought this very amusing and still talks about it now the move has been completed. Lloyd was very straight to the point, no flannel, just factual. He left no glossy magazine or silly brochures but instead a set of details of a house he sold round he corner and his business card. The other brochures and magazines we got from agents 1 and 2 went straight in the bin! Even though we wanted to give Lloyd the house there and then he refused and told us to think it through. I don't do pressure he said, life is hard enough! He chuckled and left.

The next day I called the office. The house was instructed and online by end of that day. Still Lloyd refused to let us sign contracts. See the property details first he said, when you like them, sign them. And when we did see a contract it had a 0 week lock in. we were free to go at any time. We felt totally in control.
Debbie in the office did every single viewing which made my mother very comfortable LLoyd always attended just to chat to my mother and keep her happy (or out the way!!) Offers came in and asking price achieved by a chain free buyer in 3 weeks.
The sale exchanged in 6 weeks and we could not be happier. My mother still comes to Finchley to see her old friends and is permanently advertising and campaigning for Colemans Estates. The down to earth people who made her feel secure and happy (and laugh!)

When my partner and I were looking for a house we had to deal with every agent in the area. This was horrendous!! We came across the reason people hate estate agents! Wide boys, fast cars and smooth talking salesmen. Then we met Colemans!
Debbie came bouncing up to the house, happy and cheery. She took a real shine to our new born and basically took him out my arms so I could see the house. You walk about she said, you don't need me to hard sell it to you! My partner and I loved this approach, we wondered around and had child care downstairs!!
We then all sat in the lounge talking for a while, we talked about school catchment areas, super markets, local shopping, local parks, travel facilities, literally everything! we felt totally at ease and most importantly LOVED the house!
We negotiated a deal and the house was removed from the market as promised. Debbie had just had an offer accepted at the same time as us and we were all quite excited! Debbie told me about her Mortgage Broker so we also called him. What a nice guy. we used him and the house was bought in 10 weeks hassle free!
We now refer both Coleman's and Debbie's mortgage broker to all our friends. Coleman's sold a house for a friend of mine in Hampstead and even though it was not their area they accompanied every single viewing which was appreciated by my friends.
We often see Debbie bouncing around Mill Hill and Finchley, never not smiling and always chatty. We even received a birthday card for the little one last month!

I find 1% to be a fair fee to pay an estate agent and that is what Colemans have always charged since he day they opened 10 years ago. From what I understand now, Mr Coleman also offers his new clients the opportunity to allocate 20% of this fee to a charity of their choice so the fees look even better now!

I used Colemans to rent out my property for four years, and then to sell the same property in November 2014. I found the service offered excellent throughout the entire period. Lloyd and Debbie are both extremely knowledgeable in their field, and were available at all time to help and advise. They offer a highly personalised service, responding promptly to requests and queries which was important to me as an ex-pat landlord. I found their rates extremely competitive, and with Lloyds assistance was able to secure the asking price for the property sale. I would recommend Colemans to anybody looking to rent and buy/sell a property in the North London area.

I've dealt with Colemans since 2010 during which time they have found tenants for two properties and handled annual rent reviews for me. I've dealt with Colemans since 2010 during which time they have found tenants for two properties and handled annual rent reviews for me.
They have also gone beyond the call of duty in recommending and handling tradesmen for running repairs on these properties.
Lloyd and Debbie demonstrate a care for the customer which is rare to find in these days of faceless high street chains of agents.
I would recommend them without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking to sell or rent a property.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
