Nicholas Humphreys have been brilliant from start to finish. Tom was really friendly and helpful at the viewing, and it then turned out he was managing the house as well! I lived in the house for just under a year, and Tom was quick to sort all maintenance problems. If he was coming to the house, he always stopped to check if we were okay and make sure we didn't have any issues, and the checkout was really straightforward and stress free. We all received the full deposit back. I would have stayed with the company but I'm now going backpacking round the world for a year! Thanks again to Tom, and the rest of the NJH team. Chris

Straight forward fees. I just paid one fee to reserve the room at the start. No renewal fees, checkout fees or other hidden charges.
