I am pretty shock with manner of I spoken too.Weather been terible with heavy heavy wind and I have problem with fencing blowing down. I report this to maintenance girl but I have no answer give to me then. Other work okay I understand inside the house so not very urgent but outside it is important. I get aske why I keep phoning and I get shout shout shout. Hot water example I had problem las year but Landlord took long time to agree for Contractor man to come and fix and when I phone and ask if he answer I get tol Landlord never say but I no understand so Tracey speak to me very rude manner like I stupid. It kind if people help talk slowly when English not is the first language. Loud and rude and abruption only upset people and I be frankly and honest I tell my polish friends Skitts no good at customer service in repairs team. Maybe stressful job but you no enjoy your job then don do it. Find somewhere you happy and make people feel happy too. My advice anyway.

I have been dealing with Tracey at Skitts for nearly 10 years and she has continued to provide me with a 5 Star service all these years. I deal with many other agents but when it comes to managing the properties, Tracey (who I mainly deal with) along with the team have a very honest and supportive nature to the Landlords and keep you fully informed of issues and work quickly to help resolve them with their trusted reliable tradesmen. Other agents I work with have tried ripping me off when managing properties, but with Skitts that has never been the case. When it comes to finding tenants they have listened well and always managed to find the right fit that is required for the properties. I don't need to take my business anywhere else. Nearly 10 years with Skitts, that tells you something.

Absolutely disgusted with the manner in which I've been spoken to. Called through to settings after my electrician informed me that the wires that my oven needs to be fitted to are unsafe and need to be sorted through the landlord's own electricians. The woman on the phone told me in an extremely rude manner that because I've called her so late and she finishes in half an hour that she won't be able to do anything any time soon. Despite my agent telling me to call with any problems, this woman seemed completely uninterested in anything I explained to her and now, as a paying tenant I'm left with no oven until she can be bothered to email my landlord. It is not my fault that my electrician could only book me in for 4:30pm I moved in yesterday and already I'm dissapointed in Skitt's approach to helping their tenants.

Absolutely livid with Tracy and her bad attitude how she speaks. Her tone and volume is an utter disgrace. Given that she is overseeing repair work and has more than one house with repairs needed her life stresses should not be taken out on genuine tenants. I strongly believe her answers to some repairs are personal decsisions rather than approaching the landlord. And Rebeeca, you ask her simple maths it puts her out of her time rumaging to do some work and thats too much for her to handle. Good company Skitts. Just staff with temper tantrum issues.

Gags came round on time to value our home, he then came back to take pictures and was polite and professional. Only a few days later our home was in the shop window and on home search engines. We had a number of viewings quickly and had 3 offers within 2 weeks of being on the market. I think perhaps it was slightly undervaluved given the valuation of other homes on the same road, but still happy that we got the full asking price after 3 weeks. This went through and we had no problems selling at all.

I rang to report a problem with my fencing and to do with a stain on ceiling from unseen water damage and marks in walls and carpets but I got yelled at why I did not speak to Tracey early in the morning instead of at lunchtime. I have rang for an update when my landlord will get work completed and I got yelled at again that they do not hold the handyman diary and spoken not like I am foreigner but deaf. I signed up for a property with these people not to be spoken to rudely. My advice is do not deal with this woman she has no respect over the phone for the people she is dealing with if our custom does not pay her wages then she would and should be out of her job. I would recommend changing this lady for somebody who can empathise and understand.

Absolutely awful service. I was a tenant for just under 4 years and in that time it took 18 months to get replacement fence panels. No communication when there is an issue with house, as soon as the renewal is due they are soon on the phone! Renewal fees are extortionate, they do absolutely nothing. Expected me to arrange appointments for contractors, When they didn't show up I was expected To sort it myself! Now I have vacated the premises two months on (after agreeing the house is fine and my deposit given back) they have decided to tell me there is now an issue with the house regarding missing items. Whilst living in the house I replaced a carpet and bathroom vinyl at my own expense and they are now quibbling over a missing mirror!!!!
