After paying all monies up front (over £500) I had just one person view the house in 9 weeks! When I rang for feedback - there was none as they hadn't bothered to ring them.
There had been over 400 hits on my house but no one wanting to view!I constantly rang to suggest different things things to make it more appealing -they re did photos but that was it.
Rang manager who said he'd do everything everything he could - nothing happened.I suggested a price drop to bring under a level they didn't. Then a woman suggested suggested a further price drop, which I didn't take up.instead I have gone with another agent and canceled my contract with them for terrible service.
I urge you to avoid Internet agencies AT ALL COSTS-THEY take your money and run.

We opted for the £395 +vat. We had 2 viewings in 6 months and both very interested. When we contacted our agent regarding progress she could never get in touch with them. Or so she claimed. We were told that we would get regular Progress reports. We got 4 in 8 months but only after having to keep ringing her. A BIG MISTAKE PAYING UP FRONT!!! She'd already been paid so no effort to sell. KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS OPTION. A WASTE OF 8 MONTHS AND £570 OUT OF POCKET!!!

My wife and i used e-stateagent.co.uk to sell our property, after meeting our local agent and discussing the opitions with him we decided to use their opition 1 where we only paid £395 + VAT up front. They managed to sell our house within 2 weeks and we got the price that we were asking for. Great process throughout would recommended to anyone and will be using again if we decide to move.

I have tried to contact this company twice - once by telephone and then by email. On both occasions there has been no response whatsoever. The school girl who answered the phone (giggling from the moment she picked up the phone) didn't sound very experienced or professional.
Not sure if the property they are advertising on rightmove really exists. Sounds like a bit of a mickey mouse company. Wouldn't recommend them for sale or purchase.
