We are so grateful to James, who managed our property over the past year. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with – responsive, helpful, and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable in the flat and any necessary repairs were promptly taken care of. We've moved to a different area now, but for anyone looking to move to the Maida Vale/Kilburn/nearby areas that they cover, we very much recommend Ashley Milton for a more personal and attentive experience. Yesmine was also woderful when it came time for viewings by new applicants. Many thanks to the Ashley Milton team for all their help!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
