The staff members at Entwistle green Winsford are very helpful they are good at what they do, so good in fact i had to ask them to help me find out what was going on with my property sale as my estate agents were awful, yes i did make a direct comparison and the team at Winsford left my estate agent trailing far behind. Any problems i had were quickly answered. Even talking to Head office was a pleasure as you felt something good was going to happen, would i use this team again the answer is yes Well done Team Winsford at Entwistle green, Customer focus suburb and should i ever need to sell Entwistle green will be my first choice.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

From my initial enquiry to completion the team were very helpful and positive when guiding me through the process. The mortgage advice and product selection could not have been better, it contrasted greatly to a previous mortgage appointment I had with a Building Society which was poor by comparison. When the legal jargin letters started to arrive from the mortgage company and solicitor the areas that I did not understand were all explained fully which gave me the confidence to proceed.

What agent could do to change your mind?
It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.

First class service from start to finish. They promised excellent service and, more importantly, continuous communication through out the sale.
They were as good as there word and the fee structure was good. We are asked for their best price alongside those of other agents. I believe this was competitive and when other agents were advised they had not won the business, they tried to renegotiate rate. I stuck with Entwistle Green as they had been open and honest throughout all our discussions and negotiations - more importantly, they had clients ready to buy.
We had an offer from one of their clients within three days of the house going up for sale. The whole team are nice genuine people.

Staff always up-beat friendly and encouraging during a very stressful time and nothing too much trouble. Always dealt with us and our clients in a professional manner providing us with first class advice.
Although we reduced our price in the very early stages in 2012 we actually received the advertised price for the property.
