Very happy with the professional service offered Initially we tried out luck with an online agent however it became very clear early on that you get what you paid for. As a result we instructed Mansel McTaggart (having purchased this property through them 6 years ago) Justin attended our property gave good marketing advice and managed to get a professional brochure online and in the local press within 48 hours To their testament we had our first viewing within 72 hours of instruction and ended up accepting an offer within 99% of our required asking price. From contract to exchange I dealt with Michael who went well above and beyond his role in managing a very difficult issue that occurred down the bottom of our chain a week prior to our new build builders deadline. Michael liaised with all parties throughout the very stressful process of unforeseen delay at the bottom and secured us our exchange and completion, which I don't think would have happened hadn't he been involved. Having worked in Mortgage Lending in excess of 17 years I know my stuff and have not dealt with a better company in my time. Would happily recommend and would like to thank Michael and and Justin for their hard work and determination throughout. A1 service

In contrast Mansell Mctaggerts were FANTASTIC AND SO PROFESSIONAL. They valued our property correctly. They gave us no false promises over the price we could achieve. They introduced only serious buyers.The chain was 7 properties long and Michael kept us fully informed all the way. Without his expertise I believe the chain could have collapsed. He seemed to know much more about what was going on in the chain than our solicitor ever did. His local knowledge and professional network allowed him to always know what was happening up and down the long chain. Mansell Mctaggerts made a stressful time bearable. Thanks to all staff. I wish we had used you to begin with and not been swayed by another estate agent over valuing to get our custom.

After using another agent who sold the dream I turned to Mansell and Mike in particular for salvation. Mike didn't disappoint, his knowledge and professionalism shone through from our first meeting. He priced our house to sell not just to appease the fanciful desires of the masses.
The presentation of the property was superb, Emily is a whizz with the camera. I was confident from the first draft of the particulars that I was in good hands. After being on the market for a couple of weeks, there were many viewings with exceptional feedback on each. I cannot stress just how imperative this is, your life really is in their hands. The stresses and strains in moving house is excellently cushioned by mansells, they take the hassle out of hassling agents for updates. I found Mike always on the front foot effectively preempting the questions and being fully prepared every step of the way.
Once we had sold (within a couple of weeks) Mike was on the case making sure the chain was in place and good to go. It was in this I feel Mike excelled above other agents. A top to bottom evaluation of each vendor/buyer within the chain and their position enabled a clear channel of communication between my solicitor and I. This is key when you're moving toward an exchange.
Mike worked tirelessly after the agreed sale to update and communicate efficiency throughout the pre exchange period. We have now exchanged and are due to complete within the week.
I for one cannot praise Mike and the team enough for their efforts in selling our home, and would proudly recommend them to both friends and family members, a truly 5 star service.

From the friendly initial conversation to the day of the move, Michael and his team were always and friendly and professional. It would have been easy to lie and promise us the world, but they were always honest and really looked after us.
There were no hidden fees, catches or deceptive online print outs. Their photos were of a better quality and and better composed than the previous firm.
We would never sell with anyone else - they were brilliant.

Being at the bottom of the chain, it was extremely difficult to understand what was going on at the top. Emily at Mansell McTaggart kept me in the loop the whole way, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our situation and was determined that the exchange would take place.
I can't thank Emily enough for all her support during the process. She always welcomed calls from me asking questions about the chain, and I was never surprised to see her call me to keep me updated. I was not her client, so she had no reason to do this other than to give me peace of mind.
