Couldn't be happier with the wonderful service we received from Mansell McTaggart over the course of the last year. It has been a long arduous journey, but after one week in our new house, both myself and my partner are extremely grateful for all the prompt help, support and advice we received daily, via email & phone, for more than a year. We both highly recommend Mansell McTaggart to all our friends and families. It has been an extremely smooth, pleasurable experience buying with them despite the numerous hurdles they helped us overcome. All interactions with other selling agents in the area (especially Marchants) have been extremely frustrating, and to say disappointing would be an understatement. In our minds Mansell McTaggarts stands head and shoulders above the competition.

Agent misrepresented the position of the sellers repeatedly. This included misrepresenting the dates of the exchange and closing, the seller's position on these dates, and that the seller's would not take up contact with us directly. The agent did not comply with Code of Practise of Real Estate Agents.
