Lack of care and compassion letting vendors string along buyers for months to then guide owners to remove house and put back in months later at higher price. He was very patient with me during my 2 viewings of the property and was very knowledgeable about the property itself. Sam negotiated on my behalf and he was successful in getting my offer accepted - for which I am extremely grateful. I would have no hesitation in recomending Sam and Mansell McTaggart as estate agenst.
