I honestly think that Ellis and Co, Cristina in particular, have been fantastic. It didn't matter what time or day, or even if she was off sick, Cristina would always respond to any enquiries immediately. I really hope we have the pleasure of working with them again.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Ellis and Co (Islington branch) when renting a flat in N1. Comments on Agent Fees

Extortionate and unfair considering one of the bedrooms was unliveable. They also charge an \'exit fee\' of 180 quid which they try to justify, somehow.

If you have a complaint about the service that you have received from the Ellis and Co local office you should put your concerns in writing to them directly. The correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The matter will then be investigated and a full response sent to you within 15 working days. If you feel the matter remains unresolved you need to address your complaint to the Proprietor at the address below, who will conduct an investigation and respond with a final viewpoint.
