I cannot recommend Carsons enough following the very successful sale of our bungalow at auction this afternoon. Originally we chose another local agent and it was a dismal failure with a ill advised unsuitable contract tying us down for weeks with a price we had no hope of achieving. When Carsons took over everything suddenly became slick and professional with phone calls answered right away and messages being accurately relayed when the usual contact was out. Some of the prospective buyers let us down but Carsons were always helpful with this and the eventual advise which was to go to auction turned out to be the right move and the price achieved was more than surprising.

Having got off to a false start with estate agents who talked a good fight but came up with nothing, we were fortunate enough to change to Carsons, where we found Andrew Freegard, who actually can sell houses. He helped us pitch the price realistically against the comparable properties for sale, and was the first to communicate with us and keep us updated, sometimes days before we heard anything from our solicitor. Without hesitation, go to Andrew Freegard.

Andrew was always polite and professional.
He returned calls on time and was very efficient.
if Andrew hadn't been alert and 'on the ball' with everything our chain would have collapsed and we would not have been able to purchase our dream home.
Andrew was very obliging and didn't leave any gaps in the information he provided.
He was very good at assisting with the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain when trying to sort out convenient dates for completion.

We had a bumpy road trying to sell our flat with first using Romans who couldn't find us a buyer but once we appointed Carson's they were much more helpful and found us a lovely first time buyer couple who didn't mess us around. The sale of our flat turned out to be quite a long process due to our buyers solicitors but Andrew kept us informed and up to date with any information we needed to know or to go to our solicitors with to speed it along. He always answered the phone and any questions we had, which kept us in the loop and reassured. Would definitely use again.

We originally contacted Robin in June 2015 to act on our behalf in the sale of a property as executors. He was very helpful and immediately arranged an open day. I bought a house through Carsons Yateley and dealt with Tim Harris. We have nothing but praise for Tim and Leah who have always taken the time to assist whenever we have called with either a query or update. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, even now after the purchase, exchange and moving date has taken place - between both the Manager Tim and Leah in the office, they still, to this day, continue to be exceptional in providing us with assistance over and above the call of duty - particularly where local knowledge has been required having moved into an area we know very little about.
