Avoid at all costs. The staff would really benefit from lessons in good manners. They are only interested in what they can make from you, and as soon as you say you are thinking of leaving they treat you with contempt.

22 Jan 2016Avoid them as they will lie to you, mislead you and cause endless amounts of stress, which what they did to me whilst being heavily pregnant. They don't care about their customers, only a quick sale. All staff are rude including directors, to the point where trey will have you in tears. Never have I ever experience such service. I'm I. The process of taking then to the Ombudsman services as they've even failed to respond to my complaint

The inspection did not show any damage to the property. The only decorating requirements are the result of normal wear and tear of two years rental. At the time of the inspection it was stated that everything was acceptable and there were no prob When the contract ended they did not return our deposit o'riordan bond company of crooks fraudsters I recommend to everyone who knows this agency never use

Do not use this agency! I have had the absolute worst experience with this company!!!
The company we're absolutely useless! When I first agreed to moving into the property, I was informed that the house came with white goods. I called a few days later and they then informed me that this was not the case and that no landlords ever have white goods with their properties. An absolute lie and throw away statement as I have rented several times before and always has come with white goods.
Following on from this, the original move in date was changed three times. Three days before moving in, I was then informed that the tenancy form was not valid as I was using my maiden name (following on from a divorce).

Booked a viewing - nobody came to show us around for booked appointment, and no apologies received. Rung them to re-arrange for next day - again the same! Tried to view this property about 5 times later on but no reply, the property still on market (about 2 months now) - no surprise, really... Read Full Review
