I recently bought a property through Hawkesford and I can honestly say if it wasn't for this excellent team in the Southam office I don't think the sale would of completed. I had a lot of issues from solicitors on my side not communicating with myself or others in the chain. As I work all day getting hold of them was hard during my breaks but the team at Hawkesford kept going and was able to help things carry on. I highly recommend using these as they will support you all the way through the process.

Hawkesford Southam were my second agent and I regretted not selecting them in the first place. One sale fell through, but the second was successful. Hawkesford - Southam provided excellent service from the initial appointment through until the end of the process.
I selected Hawkesford over the other agents in Southam due to the professional manor in which they conducted their business. They provided a realistic price guide for the property and advice on how to best prepare the property for sale.
During the period the property was on the market they kept me up to date on all viewings and the feedback from perspective buyers. As the property was empty they also kept an eye on it for us.
If you are looking to sell a property I would recommend you give Hawkesford a call first. Thanks again to Hawkesford - Southam.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hawkesford team in Southam for such a brilliant service when they sold our house in Stockton.
Within literally just a few days of the initial valuation the house was marketed, viewings lined up and a buyer found. The transaction went very smoothly thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of Sharon and Ginny at the Southam office. From the onset of the selling process I felt that they were a conscientious and caring team, it was easy to pop into the office where they would take the time to keep me updated. They certainly took the pressure from off our shoulders.
I can truly say that it felt very much like being cared for by friends. Their help didn't stop there as they both helped us look for suitable rental accommodation. Their assistance far exceeded their obligations.
We genuinely mattered to them and that was very reassuring.
Many, many thanks to Sharon and Ginny.

We appointed Hawkesford to sell our house in early 2013 at a very competitive rate of commission. The photographs, valuation and administration matters were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
There were quite a few viewings almost immediately for which we were notified every time. In any case all viewings were accompanied.
After a few weeks it became apparent that there was an issue which needed resolving and as a result the house was taken off the market so that a resolution could be put in place. The ladies at Hawkesford suggested letting the property until such time as matters were resolved and had found a suitable tenant within a few days.
During the tenancy period there were several enquiries regarding purchase of the house which were kept on record, with updates to the prospective purchasers being provided by the Agency. Once the house was able to be remarketed for sale, viewings were resumed and a successful sale negotiated within two weeks.
Since the sale, we have received further assistance even though the contract was technically completed.
We are very happy with the service and advice received from Hawkesford and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

I instructed her to market the property and was particularly pleased with the attention to detail of the photographs which I considered was lacking with the previous agent. I then dealt mainly with Sharon who very quickly started to arrange viewings and subsequently kept me updated with feedback . A sale was immenently secured and although there were a few hiccups along the way this was managed in a very professional manner and a successful outcome was achieved.
