Horrible company. I am homeless because of them. I paid the holding deposit, sent the documents and then they call me saying the flat is yours to go and sign the contract. 3 days before my moving day, and after I have already my notice in my house, they told me the landlord pull it off. Not help or empathy at all. One day after this the flat was back in the market for more money. They gave me excuses with not good argument at all. They are so not organised. And everything is about them.

I contacted the company and they soon sorted us out. They took over all negotiations with landlord and ensured we had what we required. A member of staff was on hand on the day we met bed in to ensure a smooth transition. A great team with great service

We are first time renters and we approached Easy Lettings looking for a flat to rent after being recommended by some friends. We found them easy to work with and although it took us a number of visits to different properties before we found the right one we were always dealt with in an efficient manner. Having lived in this property for almost two months now Joseph & Sam have been extremely helpful is liaising with the landlord to help us sort out a couple of minor repairs we wanted done, and we have reached a satisfactory outcome to all parties. We would have appreciated an information pack given to us at the time of placing our deposit, detailing the stages of the process (e.g. when rent needed to be paid, contract to be signed, who would be responsible to change the name on the utility bills, what date the utility bills were due). Notwithstanding this, we would still, very happily recommend Easy Lettings to anyone that is looking to rent as they are efficient, easy & pleasant to deal with. Many thanks!!

We had a very fantastic experience renting through Easy Lettings Ltd.
Sam was very efficient at handling the communications with the Landlord. He was also very honest about how things would work and what the key issues really were. He also very kindly showed us some other very similar properties so we could find a place we could call home.
Sam was very astute at understanding our needs and desires. He successfully guided us to just the right property. His experience and deep knowledge of the market was very apparent and we would definitely recommend using Easy Lettings in the future.
It was a excellent service from start to finish and great negotiation by Joseph throughout. First time I have felt that an agent has really earned their fee! Friendly staff and great communications.

I am not sure how to explain the service I have received - In short the service was simply amazing.

From start to finish the Easy Letting staff made me feel very comfortable, they were very transparent and managed to secure all my requests from the Landlord.

I would highly recommend this firm to any of my friends and family, and I personally will be using them again (hopefully not soon as I love my new flat).

If you are looking for a professional estate agent with a very warm and personal touch, you are in the right place.

What agent could do to change your mind?

When a customer enquiries through an email detailing needs and specifications, the agents should at least read it so they don\'t waste their own and the customers time by contacting them and showing them properties the customer is totally not interested in and properties that look totally different from the pictures advertised.

I had a look on the web site and it was a gorgeous looking spacious 1 bedroom flat. I replied yes and we agreed to meet there. When i arrived and waited outside, the door at 98 Gloucester terrace opend and a guy claiming to be Joseph's friend invited me in and showed a property which was a studio and nothing like on the picture.
Do yourself a favour and never let them waste your time like they wasted mine.

The agent needed to ensure that the viewing was not rushed and the advert itself was not misleading; it would have been easier if the agency was clearly highlighted too, for ease of access.

Agents fees were good, in comparison to major agencies such as Foxtons, who charge Ã‚Â£400 as an admin fee. However, as a smaller agency, I felt the Ã‚Â£295 fee was a bit too much; considering that agencies of a similar size only charge Ã‚Â£100.

I found the property that I wanted to view on Zoopla back in September. I tried to contact the letting agent but they were difficult to get through to by calling. Nonetheless, I think I was able to arrange a date to the view the property. This was particularly important for me as I was travelling from the North of England to London, just to view the property. I received a text from Joseph with brief information on the property and was asked when I would like to view the property.

When I arrived to the letting agency, it was difficult to find the agency because it was not clearly signposted. I was merely fortunate by knocking on the door which said "Zoopla" above it. Nonetheless, I spoke to Sam and Joseph who, despite being quite busy, took the time to speak to me. They even agreed to show me the property earlier than intended; so that I could ensure that I caught my return journey back to the north on time.

I agreed to meet Sam at the property at 5:45pm on the day; he managed to meet around this time, despite heavy traffic on North Circular Road. He showed me two properties (74 and 76 Brentmead Place), and several rooms in each property. Unfortunately, it was very rushed, as he was due to meet somebody else at another time; though I was unaware of this until I came to the letting agency that day. I was also not shown the laundry facilities in the property, though they were present upon moving into the property.

Sam told me that the next viewing of the properties would be in 45 minutes time, and made it perfectly clear that I had that much time to consider which room I wanted, before being at risk of losing it to another prospective tenant; which was great of him to do. However, he could not tell me the specific figure for monthly rent for each of the rooms, which made it to difficult to weigh up my options. In the end, the figure quoted on Zoopla was Â£5-10 less than the rent I am currently paying.

All in all, my experience was informative enough to decide to want to take the room; particularly as Sam gave me a call after viewing the property to explain the breakdown of costs. He was even considerate enough to take the room off the market until the following morning; to allow me enough time to travel back home and send the funds across to the designated account. But it was rather rushed. I also felt that the advert on Zoopla was a bit misleading, such as use of the garden and the images used (which made the room look much better than it is in reality; it would have been better to use up-to-date images)

I felt like they were using the other people to pressurise us into putting in a deposit, i.e. to make out if you don't put a deposit in then the property would be let to others, i was also wondering whether that was their tactic, that the other people there was just to give the impression the property was in demand. Having paid the deposit into their account i was told i would need to show ids and reference ( first time renter) but he did not say when he needs them by. when i got the required documents ready in about a week i was told and i quote "sorry you have lost your deposit because you did not provide the reference and ids in time". Everytime I try calling the phone i just get a voicemail and it just say sorry cannot accept new message because voicemail box is full and is then cut off. The only way of contacting him was by text message. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE USING THIS METHOD TO CON YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY!!!
