I have emailed you over a week ago for a home report & a viewing, the home report was mailed back to me with a follow up call to find out when suited me for a viewing, person said they would call me back but never did, I called again this week, whoever does the viewings are off but will get back to me, still waiting, tried going to your office on Saturday morn buy was closed, obviously you don't need the business, I'm sure the seller wouldn't be happy about this level of service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Please arrange a viewing with the seller present so that I do not have any more delays if I decide to make an offer
