MyLondonHome have just sold my central london flat.
It was a long haul, but we made it and in my view they are a truly great central london estate agency. This is why:
o They work INCREDIBLY hard. They don't just show properties they also vet clients, keep track of all viewings and when necessary, re-call them when things change.
o They helped me prepare the flat. And discussed marketing strategies.
o They highlighted my property when it needed it (at their expense)
o They just never gave up even though we had some offers fall through.

That’s why having an understanding, patient, attentive and friendly agent to work with makes all the difference.
Danny and Wendy had been incredibly diligent and helpful in securing my first flat despite the many ongoing exchanges. They were always responsive and very graceful even on some of the more challenging situations which ultimately helped to get the deal over the finish line.
I could not have dealt with better professionals especially as a first time buyer.

My advice as a seasoned property investor - your time and money are valuable, don't let MyLondonHome waste them.
In particular, an individual **** whose profile on the website says he's an MD and talks about integrity and honesty - this man is actually quite the opposite. When he wants your money, he will chase you down and go to any lengths to manipulate and convince you to proceed with a purchase with them, stating authenticity, even when they likely do not have an agreed property to sell. Very misleading and if that is the quality of leadership, you can understand what the standards of the firm might be. And of course, once they've convinced you to make initial payments, and the deal falls through (because it likely didn't exist in the first place), **** disappears and is practically impossible to get a hold of, without acknowledgement of voice mail either. Not even an apology (most agencies would call you back with an explanation but not Andrew). They are very polite and convincing when they talk to you - making it feel like you couldn't have made a better choice. They will call you multiple times a day, send you a lot of email, but once they've got your attention and engagement, and it comes to delivery, mediocre would be an overstatement. This is a tactic typically used to drive up leads making the company look successful.
As a global property portfolio owner, if this is the standard of service, I would shudder to think what a first time buyer might experience with them . As an experienced professional in personal real estate, my advice would be to look elsewhere. Look for a firm that cares about customers and doesn't make them chase agents down everyday. I've worked with agencies around the world and this has been by far the poorest experience. There are many boutique and professional agencies in the UK and MyLondonHome is the one you probably want to stay as far away from as possible. And if it gets to a point where **** is engaged, turn around and run.
My advice - stay away unless you want to end up on the losing side. You will lose time and money and likely won't be getting a great deal working with them. If you do end up proceeding with them, let me know once you've been thoroughly disappointed by their misleading tactics.

Rather than creating false expectations, Steven gave me a realistic valuation, backed with objective data not mere opinion. He found me a motivated buyer quickly, and closed the deal with subtle finesse.
Wendy stewarded the sale with charming determination, herding the legal cats to achieve a successful completion just before the end of the 2021 Stamp Duty holiday.
Speaking as someone who is in the client service business himself, I was taken aback by the level of professionalism that this duo displayed. Premium price? Maybe. Premium service? Definitely.

Steven Herd showed me a couple of flats that were nearly what I was looking for, although not quite right for me, and then using the understanding he had gained about what I was looking for managed to suggest the right flat for me as soon as the owner decided to put it on the market.
Wendy, who handled the sales progression, did an equally good job ensuring the sale completed before the stamp duty holiday deadline, and I felt that any issues or questions would be effectively and quickly resolved. Overall I would highly recommend the service they offered for potential buyers.

I have used 4 Estate Agents including My London Home to sell my 2 bedroom unit in London City Island.
i had no offers from A, 1 offer from B & 2 offers from C.
From My London Home( i worked with Jonny Kuzak), i had 3 offers at first. I accepted 1 offer but unfortunately the Buyer withdrew after 8 days.
My London Home kept on working & managed to get 2 more offers which i accepted one of them.
The positive difference that i found in My London Home is that i was advised to change the Marketing Strategy after a few months of no offers. The Marketing Strategy was changed 3 times throughout the property was on the market.
The other positive difference i found is that MY London Home always had the Customer's interest in mind & they try to get the Seller to counter offer to at least at the minimum advertised price.

At MyLondonHome we are committed to providing a superior service for all of our clients and customers. Managing a large portfolio of properties, and coordinating the sales of many more properties does come with its challenges and we are proud of the way we conduct our daily business. On occasion, we do recognise that things go wrong and when it does, we want to put it right for you.
We have a complaints procedure in place so that anybody who wishes to seek help to get a matter resolved knows who to go to and the timeframes involved.
Please follow the below steps and we are fully confident that we will provide a fair and honest platform for you to express your concerns, and we will endeavour to resolve your complaint fully to your satisfaction.
1. In the first instance, complaints should be directed to the manager of the Department you are dealing with. Please call 020 7222 2500, and ask to speak to the Department Manager or email the manager concerned.
Please include an email address or telephone number in your email. You should expect an acknowledgement of your initial complaint within two business days.
2. If the complaint is about the department manager or you would like to escalate the complaint further, you may write to the appropriate Director:

You should expect an acknowledgement to your email within one business day. Please then allow up to 14 working days for a Director to provide you with a written resolution to your complaint.
