It’s no surprise that buying a home in London can be a drawn-out and time-sensitive experience, especially as a first-time buyer new to the process.
That’s why having an understanding, patient, attentive and friendly agent to work with makes all the difference.
Danny and Wendy had been incredibly diligent and helpful in securing my first flat despite the many ongoing exchanges. They were always responsive and very graceful even on some of the more challenging situations which ultimately helped to get the deal over the finish line.
I could not have dealt with better professionals especially as a first time buyer.

My London Home was the agent for the flat I am buying. I messaged them through Rightmove on a Sunday and got a near immediate response back from Danny Taylor (one of their Property Brokers). We then arranged a viewing for the following day. By the end of the week my offer had been accepted (STC) ... Read Full Review

My London Home was the agent for the flat I am buying. I messaged them through Rightmove on a Sunday and got a near immediate response back from Danny Taylor (one of their Property Brokers). We then arranged a viewing for the following day. By the end of the week my offer had been accepted (STC) and the property was taken off the market.
Danny pushed everything along without being "salesy".
As part of the process, he checked affordability, so that both seller and buyer were protected, and only serious offers were taken into account.
