This is the worst agent I have dealt with PRESTON BAKER LEEDS MOORTOWN branch! The service and attitude was completely awful, dealt with Dave (David) who was a right cocky so and so but was soon put in his place as he claimed to know everything about market and price etc but was soon out in his place when I countered his arguments with proven facts about my property and the surrounding area, oh the look on his face was priceless!!!

Staff at the branch were clueless and very unhelpful, glad I went with a rival agent who were able to deliver and not promise everything on earth and deliver very little!

I had Preston Baker view my property last year. I decided not to progress for personal reasons but in any event would not have used them as their fees are too high. However, after asking for them to remove my details from their database they have continued to ring me and leave voicemails asking me to get back with an update on the situation with my property. I therefore told them a second time that I did not want to use them and that they should remove my details - but they have continued to ring. This is really annoying.

On the SECOND occasion I made it really clear that the prices were too high and that I was irritated by the calling I was told clearly that my details would be removed from the database. So I find myself wondering why I have had two further voicemails from Josh. So here we are. YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH. I WOULDN'T USE YOU BECAUSE OF THAT. BUT BECAUSE OF THE HARASSMENT I WILL NOW ENSURE NOBODY I KNOW USES YOU EITHER. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

My negotiator, Chris Clegg, is a personable young man who is always courteous, informative and a pleasure to deal with.Updates are passed onto me swiftly hence the process, so far, has been painless. What agent could do to change your mind?
I was a little upset by the fees and the fees to continue with a tenancy even though I would have committed to a longer tenancey I will now have to pay another £60:00 to continue living at my new address.

I have never rented with Preston Baker but had heard how good they were.
After looking for a rental property I can now confirm they are the best ... Professional, friendly, helpful and fast.
I mainly dealt with Chris Clegg in the Shadwell office but anyone who was present would go out of there way to accomadate me and answer any of my questions.
I haven't ever had to ask the same question again and Chis has called me with everything I've needed to know.
I have also been very impressed with the contact from the head office in particular Carrie Howcroft.
Carrie has been professional friendly and efficient.
It's has been a very good experience for me and I will defiantly recommend Preston Bakers service to others.

We have received a high level of customer service from Preston Baker. We have had the record number of viewings on the property and yet haven't felt the cutsomer service slip, especially from Alex. He has always been genuine when dealing with us. We know if we ask him to fnd something out or get back to us about something, he always did in a timely manner. It always felt like Alex made a special effort for us, though I think he makes all of his customers feel this way. Genuine, hard working, trusted agent.
