Office was ok when we were looking to rent but after we paid our money it was rubbish. We never got calls back and they said they would arrange things and talk to our landlord but they didnt. It was frustrating to never get any response and took way too long to get our deposit back. Wouldn't use again.

Before Becca handled the sale Michael Clifton there dealt with the rental of the property, and found me an excellent tenant, who paid the rent promptly for 6 years, and kept the property in good condition, ensuring my mother in law’s nursing home fees were paid.

Extremely poor agents with a voracious and insatiable appetite for extracting every possible penny from their unfortunate tenants.
Their website, comically, makes boasts about their ethical credentials, but the reality is very different. Repeated requests for the return of the part of our deposit held in excess of the new government maximum were roundly ignored, until eventually after much persistence a brief and high-handed note was received stating they were not legally obliged to do so. Not legally obliged no, but morally and honourably obliged surely.
They've had more than 10 years of unearned interest from our deposit and you'd think that'd be sufficient for them. But instead they rely on the absolute letter of the law to squeeze their poor tenants as hard as they possibly can.
A shameful and immoral company. Avoid if you possibly can.

I have been a landlady through Andrews in Witney for approx. 5 years. I have found their service friendly and efficient. I have had dealings wth many Estate Agents over the years and I can say that Andrews Witney Branch has been my best experiance - so far!
Mark, Cara and Ruth have been magnificent and made the whole process as stress free as possble. As with all house sales there are hiccups but they smoothed them out beautifully.
My only negative comment is that when you telephone the Branch the person answering does not give his/her name! I like to know who I am talking to and as a result I always ask for their name. This also helps for future calls so you can refer to whom you last spoke to.
I have no hestitation in recommending Andrews Witney Branch at all.
