We recently worked with KFH to both buy a new home and sell our current home. We had not planned on buying (huge thanks to Afzal who arranged for us to see the property even though we were not looking to buy at the time and then did a fab job showing us around!) and so went in to the process somewhat suddenly and without much knowledge.
Sebastien was incredible in taking us through everything step by step - he took time out to come to our home and talk to me about our thinking behind the move and current position. He instilled so much confidence in us that KFH would help us sell our current home quickly (which they did) and was an amazing support working with a very tough solicitor on the vendor side, frequently mediating discussions and disagreements.
Finally, we were so pleased with Liam who managed the sale of our current home with the pressure of a very quick completion date in sight - all managed expertly meaning that we managed to complete on both properties on the same day despite having had no plans to move just 5 months earlier!
Loved working with this team and would highly recommend them to anyone in future.

We would like to take the opportunity to pass on our praise for the staff
at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in Finchley branch and in particular
the Lettings Negotiator Nick Kyriacou.
Nick was extremely helpful and professional in his dealings,

We were in contact with several estate agencies in the area, but, we did not
feel that any of the other agencies seemed committed enough to handle

We were not a simple case, first we were out of the country, you are a lot more helpful than many others.

Also, this current property, you did not advertise externally and gave us the chance to view and be the early birds in light of our predicament!

We found your expertise, liaison and care of the highest quality throughout the whole process and we would highly recommend you to anyone who wished to sell or buy their home through KFH. We were also most impressed by the photographs and details brochure created to advertise the sale.
We have had a lovely message from our buyers who moved into the house last Friday night, that they are looking forward to returning No 18 to the beautiful home it once was, in keeping with the spirit of our uncle and aunt.
You all smoothed and treated so sensitively what was a bit of a sentimental journey for us, with care issues and travelling distance adding to our difficulties.
