We just sold a small apartment through Ellis and Co. It was a highly positive experience overall. They are professional and honest. Ellis and Co will give you a realistic appraisal of what the property may fetch. They won't promise sky high prices, but nevertheless they try very hard to generate as many viewings and offers. They know the N15 and N17 area well and thus know how to market the property effectively. After an offer is agreed on, they follow through the process (I now realize chasing solicitors is not an easy task!) They do not pressure you to accept offers you are not comfortable with. The sale process is not always smooth sailing and our initial buyer pulled out. Ellis and Co quickly remarketed the property promptly and without additional charges. Great job done and I am glad we engaged Ellis and Co. Highly recommended.

We received an excellent service from Mustafa Khalifa at Ellis and Co. on West Green Road in Tottenham. As soon as we met Mustafa we felt that he was very trustworthy and reliable, and this has been proven in all our dealings with him.
Mustafa visited our property on two occasions to provide both a rental and sales valuation. On both occasions he was prompt, friendly and very professional. He was extremely respectful of our home and made us feel very at ease. He spent time discussing various options with us including time frames, the buying and letting procedure and how to maximise the value of the property. His valuations were sent to us the following day in writing and by email. When we decided to rent out the property, Mustafa took us through the ins and outs of being landlords very clearly. The agency moved very quickly to organise photography and line up several viewings. As a result, the property was rented within a few days. All the necessary checks were carried out and we were kept up to date at every stage.
Another agent, Kay Ali, at Ellis and Co. has been excellently handling the day to day management of our property. Kay has also been extremely courteous and efficient in all of his dealings. He has arranged and kept us up to date with minor repairs needed to the property. We are confident that our property is in safe hands.
When we come to sell the property, we will certainly go back to Mustafa to handle the sale. We are confident in his abilities and that he will do the very best for us. We feel sure that any prospective buyer will be equally as impressed and keen to make a sale with him. We have no hesitations in recommending Mustafa, and Kay, at Ellis and Co. to others.

I walked into their office one day after having seen a couple of properties and many agents.
This was my last stop as I really wanted to live in this area. I met Umut who was responsive to my needs and showed me a property newly on the market. Mustafa then proceeded to manage the sale of this property and mediated some challenging situations by being always upfront with the situation and by keeping informed every step of the way for the mutual benefit of all parties involved until a successful completion. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this branch.

I highly recommend Mr Khalifa as he is a Highly professional Gentleman that definitely knows what his doing.
I've being dealing with him for years for property lettings. This time I decided to sell my flat. He was very helpful giving me expert advise he also managed to find me a buyer within 7 days. Everything went so well very smoothly got an excellent price and quick sale. His a very friendly person that you can rely on his professional advise and experience. communicating with him was so easy as he always answers his phone calls and replies to emails.
Definitely will be dealing with him again as i grade him a top sale person.

I would like to say that the experience of the sale of the property of which my Granny bought was great. In fact, EXCELLENT!!!!! From speaking with Umut who was presentable, professional, caring and friendly to dealing with Mustafa who took us through the main bulk of the sale of the property.
Mustafa made us feel comfortable. If there was a concern, he addressed it straight away. He went above and beyond, mine, my grannies and my mums expectations and gave us professional advice. He was supportive when we had any concerns and was professional as well as honest and caring.
I would defiantly recommend this branch as they are trustworthy, experienced, they know their roles and what they are doing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. If I was to purchase a property in the same area, I would go to them first.
On behalf of my granny, my mum and from me, a HUGE THANK YOU!!!! :-)
