Excellent service from Carsons from the start. Robyn was a star showing us around many properties including the one we purchased. She was very patient and negotiated in a very professional manner. She also went out of her way to be contactable after hours on one occasion when discussion went past 5pm. Similarly Melanie helped us out very well in her role as progressor. When the chain started to get slightly dicey she was able to hold it all together. Would recommend Carsons in Fleet to anyone looking in Fleet.

I have just completed on the sale of an assisted living apartment at a time when the market in this area is flooded. The staff at Carson's in Fleet were so helpful and the fact that it took a long time to find the right buyer was definitely not their fault. I had put the apartment on with three agents but can honestly say that the other two were a complete waste of time. All of the interest came from Carson's and they were the only ones who followed up after each viewing and kept in touch throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them and, should I need an estate agent again they will be my first choice.

We have recently sold our house with Carsons in Fleet and have been very pleased with the service we have received from them. All staff in branch are very professional, polite and proactive. Our house sold within a few weeks. Industry average as far as I can tell - but not value for money

They also charged me for their Tax Service in the first year, which I had specifically said I didn't want (and thought I had confirmed this by having that crossed through in the signed Terms of Business), money that was not returned; they also held back money for the inspection and fitting a smoke alarms / CO detectors (which I had told them in writing had been fitted and tested six months earlier), although they did return this money when chased; their staff were constantly changing, email out of office notices pointed you to staff that had also left; and to top it off, they sent me the tenants' deposit deductions minus some random fee for HMRC work that they did not notify me of, nor provide any proof that the action was taken, despite me requesting this in writing. Overall very disappointed and will be unlikely to use a letting agent for property management again.

From the beginning to end I found the team excellent . You only start to realise how good they are when you start dealing with other agencies through which you might be buying through.
They understood the value of the property better than others and their approach to the sale was excellent - initially a quick sale, which the buyer later pulled out from but Carsons were on it and we had a new buyer 2 days later.
Very helpful through all stages of sale, particularly the exchange section which can be bit of a headache .
Thank you all involved - easy to recommend you guys.

They were never intolerant or patronising and their experience along with understanding made the usual (but new to the seller) problems much easier to resolve. In fact Gary Wollen's professionalism probably kept the sale intact.. All of this never once seemed to come from a corporate façade as the team in Fleet have mastered the ability to bridge the gap and make their office feel like a local agency with huge local knowledge and they do care. Not only would we recommend them we already have. We would like to also praise Robyn whose name is not featured in the list but is a big part of the team. and Gary Ayling who manages the team.

Carsons did an excellent job from the day I went in to enquire. I was shown around the property (and quite a few others beforehand!) by Robyn Larder who was always on time, friendly, patient and flexible with dates and times.
After I agreed to buy the property it turned into a bit of a marathon due to various issues in the chain. The only agent who actually pulled her finger out and applied pressure to solicitors and other agents was Robyn, who was tireless, chasing people, sending out detailed updates, and calming me down when I got frustrated with the slowness (which wasn't Carson's fault!).
Always friendly with a big smile, and willing to take time to chat and talk things through even though she must be very busy.
Having moved myself during a day when half the atlantic ocean seemed to fall out of the sky, I have declared that I'm never moving again, but should I go weak and forget then Carson's and hopefully Robyn will be my first port of call.

I both bought and sold an property using Carson & Co. and found them to be very professional. Robyn was particularly helpful and her communication was excellent - I always felt very well informed as to the progress of both my sale and purchase.
Robyn even chased all parties in the chain and kept everyone updated as to it's progress - this is something beyond the usual remit, but really made the difference.
I'd definitely use Carson & Co. again should I decide to move in the future (however, at the moment nothing could be further from my mind!) - although I probably wouldn't use their Independent Financial Adviser as I got poor advice that left me without a mortgage which delayed the chain by a month. I then went out and organised my own mortgage independently.

Both people were very efficient, phoning us whenever we asked for information very promptly, and getting the vendor to agree to meetings so that we were able to get immediate answers to any questions that arose. The whole service provided by the two agents we had dealings with was very professional and it was a delight to deal with charming people who obviously enjoy their work and put their clients at ease.
