My partner and I were first time buyers and after searching for around 6 months thought that finding our dream home might never happen. However we stumbled across a beautiful home which we couldn't wait to see.
Unlike all of the other agents, arranging a viewing was easy- I gave them a couple days notice (which all other agents would simply tell me I was ridiculous for thinking they'd have a slot this late in the week and I'd have to wait until the following weekend) and just pray it was still on the market) they slotted us in with no difficulties. The agent showing us around the property was highly informative but never once pushy.
Once we made the decision to put in an offer, I felt grateful that staff were so helpful and understanding and were willing to assist us in any way they could. Our offer was accepted and they gladly arranged for us to have a further viewing to show family (my friend who was buying a property at the same time through a different agent was asked why? You've had your offer accepted. We don't usually book further viewings as we only send staff out to properties we are actively trying to sell). I feel this was just excellent service as I felt uncomfortable proceeding with such a huge purchase without having the ability to canvas my families views first. The agent once again was lovely, and seemed genuinely thrilled for us for buying the home. My family all agreed that she was highly professional and dealt with a larger number of people well (there were 7 of us).
I am grateful to the whole team who helped us through what is inevitably a very stressful time. They were available by email and answered all questions promptly or, if there was something that needed investigating, they did so without hesitation to ensure we had hard facts to work with rather than speculation (another estate agent from a different firm answered all questions with 'I assume' or 'it is likely' ).
I would without a doubt recommend this company to anyone looking to sell a house and consider anyone who is buying a house listed with them to be extremely lucky that they are dealing with such an exceptional team.
