Our building was completely neglected by Pearl & Coutts for 2 years and 8 months, resulting in dirty entrance walls, leaking windows, broken HVAC system, rundown overall look, etc.....

As a result we had to spend 3 winters without proper heating and 3 summers without air-conditioning. This, in an office with a huge window, which cannot be opened! One of our employees had to go to the doctor for suffering severe headaches due to the extreme heat and lack of ventilation.....

In the past we complained about these facts and we were accused of having broken the HVAC ourselves and were told to pay to have someone come fix it in a very rude manner. Now, finally, the new property manager has admitted that there has been a problem with the HVAC in the building all along, obviously not caused by us. They claim they will try to fix it in a few months. Nevertheless, we are still waiting for an apology or some sort of compensation from the agent.

Apart from the lack of service, most employees at Pearl & Coutts are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Moreover, before signing the lease we were told that the service charge would be around 5 GBP per square foot. In the end it turned out to be around 60% more......

Had I known I would have so many problems, I would have rented from another agent. All in all, I would NOT recommend this agent under any circumstance.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees are reasonable but the lack of support post signing the lease agreement and the delay in returning my funds is disgraceful.
