John has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, very informative and knowledgeable. Gave us all the information we needed and thankfully has been a very quick turn around for us from viewing the show flat, finding out we had been offered the tenancy to then getting the keys.

The team has recently issued a reminder to residents regarding the problem with smoking, and they will also be making ad hoc visits to site to gain further insight in to the issues you have reported.
