John was really helpful, he showed on time and was really knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions (this is our first tenant agreement so we had a few). He was super nice and polite both in the viewing and when we moved.

The team has recently issued a reminder to residents regarding the problem with smoking, and they will also be making ad hoc visits to site to gain further insight in to the issues you have reported.
