Collected the keys and moved some of our belongings into our new flat today, John who gave us our keys and went over everything in the flat with us was super helpful! Answered any and all questions we had for him as well as some we didn't think of ourselves. He was incredibly friendly while giving us all the important information relating to the new flat and the building in general.
