We've had a great experience renting a house from Touchstone. From the very beginning, they've been incredibly responsive and helpful. Their app makes everything so much easier, from paying rent to reporting any issues. Speaking of issues, any problems we've had have been addressed and resolved quickly, which is a huge relief.
A special shoutout to John, who has been nothing short of amazing. He's always just a phone call away and has been extremely professional and helpful throughout our time here. His dedication to making sure everything runs smoothly has truly made our experience with Touchstone stand out.
The only small downside is that the house address can be a bit confusing, as it seems mixed up with other blocks right now. However, considering this is a new build, it's understandable, and we're sure it will be sorted out soon.
Overall, we highly recommend Touchstone for their excellent service and the convenience they provide to their tenants.
