Very helpful, efficient, friendly and follow up through to completion with all the staff we came in contact with, which was quite a few over the months, they all could not have been more helpful. Knowledge of the area very good in assisting viewing as new to the area. Thoroughly professional, could not recommend this agency more highly for buying a property through. Wonderful to deal with an independent agency that still understands the meaning of personal service and looking after the purchaser and their needs.

I thought Estate Agents were all about photos, viewings and price...well of course they are, but I now know that the real measure of an Agent is how well they look after you once all that's done.
Hoppers have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish - fabulous photos, great valuation advice and lots of wellmanaged viewings...and when negotiations got tricky they simply went up a gear and advised me exactly how to keep things on track. Being able to put my trust in their expertise was hugely reassuring at a stressful time, I felt very well looked after and also that they cared about getting the sale us, because of what it meant to us, not just their commission. Ours was a small house, so not huge money them, but they behaved as we were their best customers; Leeselle and Pam - my main contacts - were supportive, professional and kind in equal measure, Alice's photos were exceptional, and Alison and Brian who led many of the viewings are also masters at their craft...they knew exactly how to encourage prospective buyers, what to say and when to leave well alone. Everyone in the office was equally diligent, even I only dealt with them once, nothing was too much trouble. JR Hoppers are absolutely on top of their game, and you won't find better.

J R Hopper have been superb. From the moment we spotted the property online and arranged a viewing right through to completion, we've been in safe hands. We found them to be extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. All the staff we had dealings with were great but a special mention to both Stella and Pam. The viewing with Stella was so informative and she was instrumental in the initial weeks of negotiations and back and forth questions to the vendors. We'll always be grateful for her help and advice. Pam saw the sale through once the price had been agreed and was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. In our experience J R Hopper could not have handled our purchase any better than they did and we highly recommend them.

We have just completed on the sale of our home in Kirkby Stephen. The person leading our sale was Leeselle Wren. My wife and I have sold four properties. The service we have received from JR Hopper has been the best of the four agents we have worked with. In particular, the service we have received from Leeselle has been fabulous all the way through the process from the thoroughness of her pitch for our business to managing issues all the way up to completion. Her communication whether by phone or email was first class. Our sale was not straight forward. Leeselle showed great expertise in managing issues as they arose and dealing with them in a very professional manner. She was calm throughout and handled both us and the purchaser with skill and expertise. The team supporting Leeselle were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Leeselle has been the most helpful Estate Agent I have ever used in connection with the purchase of a property. She had so much patience in showing me property after property, until I found the right one.
