The entire experience felt like something straight out of Escape to the Country, as we were shown one property after another. Alison and Leeselle took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and their knowledgeable advice was invaluable during the viewings and throughout the purchase process.

JR Hopper is, without a doubt, the best estate agents we’ve ever encountered! The entire experience felt like something straight out of Escape to the Country, as we were shown one property after another. Alison and Leeselle took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and their knowledgeable advice was invaluable during the viewings and throughout the purchase process.
They made the journey enjoyable, and their recommended solicitors were also excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend JR Hopper to anyone looking to buy in the area!

I had a huge responsibility to sell a large and complex property 60 miles from where I live when I became an executor on behalf of family. Hoppers have been fantastic throughout and in particular Leeselle immediately set my mind at rest with her local knowledge and calm, experienced approach. Everything I was told would happen was right and did, from values to viewings, all of which were managed by Hoppers for me. I was always kept up to date, never had to chase and was helped even more with great recommendations for other services I needed such as removals. Having moved house myself many times, this was the house sale I was most nervous about but Hoppers have made it the easiest I have known. I would highly recommended Leeselle and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

An exceptional service from start to finish. The property was viewed and sales particulars produced very quickly by Leeselle and she was then our contact throughout the process which it made it a much more personal service. We felt that both Leeselle (handling the sales) and Alison (handling the viewings) knew enough about our property to present it well and we were kept in the loop at every stage of the process. Alison made sure the property was always well presented (even going so far as to sweep up the leaves at the front of the house after a bad storm) and Leeselle promoted the property as though it were hers with a great deal of care and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hoppers and found both Leeselle and Alison absolutely 100% efficient, devoted and skilled. Really happy with the outcome and price and the way the sale was handled from agreeing a price to handing over the keys. Absolutely top notch - thank you.

Our house sale experience began with our contracting Covid. Leeselle offered to bring us shopping if necessary. Shortly afterwards we were snowed in and both Leeselle and Alison went the extra mile to ensure viewings not only happened but that we got a sale. Throughout the sale process we have been constantly updated and our health and well-being checked on. We can’t recommend Hoppers strongly enough.
