From the moment I received the keys, John was incredibly professional and welcoming. He took his time to show me around the property, making sure I was familiar with all the features and amenities which I greatly appreciated. His cheerful demeanour and good banter made the process more relaxed and stress-free. Also, John is proactive in his efforts to keep the development clean and well-maintained for all tenants, which does not go unnoticed!
