Overall I am very happy with my experience working with Touchstone. I found that once I supplied the relevant information to them the process on their end was quick and thorough.
I am happy with the conditions in my new flat and felt that John was friendly, informed and available for any further correspondence should I have an issue or a question.
Moving house is a stressful time but I feel that the professionalism displayed by John and Touchstone was vital in making the whole process smooth and timely.
