This is my second time renting a property with touchstone and it feels like a new management because me experience this time is not encouraging at all.first of,apartment wasn’t properly cleaned,so many things needs to be fixed which is still not fixed after two months of moving in,shower had issue since last week and no response yet,toilet door handle not fixed even though they claim it’s fixed…its been from one thing to another since we moved in,it’s frustrating and annoying cos we can’t even take a proper shower.

Lots of tenants do what they wish, and nothing gets done about it. Smoking in flats, do as you please.
