I love the flat, however touchstone can be a lot better. Every time I phone, it rings and rings with no one answering at all. When I send a message on the Residently app, no one replies. However when I report an issue, it does get dealt with promptly, but that’s not always been the case. So communication could be vastly better, anything is better than radio silence.
I have never met or spoke with Paige the new property manager, so this review is an overall experience of touchstone over the last 1.5 years.
