Shocking service, Lied repeatedly to us. Didn't call back or answer emails.
We liased in the end by tracking down the landlord .We moved in and still haven't signed a contract , I chased up the agents twice to three times a week for a month to no avail,They struggled to cope with the fact my husband has his own company and couldn't sort out his credit check even though we showed them our savings could cover the cost of the house outright. Absolute shambles.
They lied by telling us only we had seen the house as when we spoke to the landlord ten other people had looked round ! ? Why Lie ? no need, just don't suggest we were the only ones and make out your doing us a huge favour.
After my last email asking for the contract and asking them to get in touch as we were due to move in just after a holiday we have heard nothing, No reply to our last 4 calls and 7 emails !! As soon as they had the deposit they didn't bother to get in touch again.They suggested we bid higher than the asking rent, no other agent inferred or suggested this

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have responded to calls and emails.There was no need to lie to us about lots of things, other people not visiting the house etc.Why say " we got you in quick and your the first to see it as we wanted you to have it " when we found out we were the sixth people on that day from this agent ? Pointless lie's that made us feel very stupid and they continued to lie even after we had told them we knew what had been happening.Attached Filesnbsp;
