Leonie Gee was absolutely amazing very approachable Step step-by-step guided me made my mortgage where is swift and stressfree. I could call her as many times as I like in a day and she would answer my call. Emails were prompt can’t ask for anything more. She is so polite and experienced in what she does, I would go to her over and over again as my mortgage advisor I would recommend her with a five star rating . 5 STAR REVIEW!! I just rented a property with this branch and everything went through perfectly , Caitlyn and Abbie were absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend enough honestly , they both showed great team work and were awesome , everyone else in the office was so polite and asked me how my day was going and made the effort towards me , I dropped my walking stick and the gent picked it back up for me so kind! As an elderly pensioner I'm not the best with understanding how renting works with the terminology for things but Caitlyn went through everything step by step with me and made the process to easy, Thanks so much again will definitely rent again with you guys

Hassle from the start. Took them over a week to get it on line despite promising to be on that day. Nearly a month to get pictures with it and that was after phoning numerous times. Recently bought a property from the Pontypridd branch and the customer service i recieved was second to none.
Mark Wilton their financial adviser helped me no end with finding the best mortgage deal for me, providing me with all relevant information to help me decide.
On top of that any paperwork I was unsure about (can be a bit daunting at times with the amount you have to process) he was more than happy to help me with on a same day basis making sure all the little details were correct. Helped me no end.
I'd also like to thank the rest of the team involved for their regular updates of the process to keep me informed and up to speed.

Excellent and professional service from Mark Wilton. He arranged a mortgage for us and he was very informative and kept us up to date by phone/email on a regular basis. The whole process was very efficient and whilst we were expecting buying a home to be quite stressful it was made much easier and amazingly stress free by Mark keeping us up to date every step of the way. We were that impressed we are using their services to sell our own home.
