If I could rate the service lower I would. You are a complete and utter joke. The safety of tenants is the furthest from your agenda. And it’s a complete joke you’ve even included a survey on the back of your email, considering you want us to police the building and do your job. If you would just put in the cctv like we have been asking for, for years due to multiple instances of damage to our property vehicles and threats to our safety while greedily upping the rent to the properties and lining your pockets. The stair is filthy and never actually cleaned like we pay for. Lewis himself is single-handedly the most incompetent building manager we have ever been landed with. You can call him direct and there’s never an answer, call on the main line tho and somehow he’s available. Clearly he lacks the skills to handle disgruntled tenants and should maybe be sent on a training course. No one is expecting him to know the answers to our queries however we do expect he go away and try and find out considering that’s what he is paid to do. We now have junkies smoking smack in our stair where we have non verbal children with disabilities who cannot walk and crawl, what happens when it’s a dirty needle someone’s jagged with the whole thing is laughable
