This company will provide you with a very 'extensive' initial report of the condition of the property before moving in but this will omit any damage that they don't want you to see. They will then push you to sign the tenancy form accepting this and then leave you with endless issues that take up to a month to resolve (No heating, faulty/hazardous electrics in the shower, Broken appliances, etc.) When you move out you will be given another FAR FAR more extensive end-of-tenancy report that seems to use the perfect camera angles to highlight issues that aren't there and that don't correspond to anything on the move-in report for comparison. You will then get short emails telling you that you have to pay costs for repairs that are way too much to be fair and are quoted for work that should have been done prior to you moving in. This company is extremely unhelpful and will not assist when required. AVOID AVOID AVOID not having to go through my own lived experience.
