Quality of service much worse than that I received from my previous agent. Long time waiting for any response - questions remain unanswered. Accuracy of information about property rented not sufficient - hard to settle in a new place and start functioning normally without possessing basic knowledge about a new place which is not clearly communicated or simply not communicated. I have bad experience with Touchstone.
