We moved in back in March, the property wasn’t very clean and there were quite a few problems with the flat itself, which the property manager assured would be fixed in the following week or two of moving in. Then he left, and didn’t tell us, so we had a hard time getting in touch as no one was answering any emails or calls. Then a new property manager called me, took note of everything that needed done and said she’d get it sorted, never heard back and when I emailed her it failed to send due to the email being no longer available. I’ve made many attempts to email, call, request maintenance through the website. Still can’t get anyone to speak to or get anything fixed. It’s a shame because it’s such a lovely flat, and we’re happy here but there are so many issues and there is literally zero service from this company, I am appalled.
