I have had the same issue with a neighbour who lives above me causing so much excessive noise day and night that I can’t even relax in my own home for over 7 months now.
I have brought this to the attention of my property manager, Ayse on multiple occasions with video evidence of the noise and evidence of the issues.
Not only does it take sometimes over a week for a response to my emails, there has been absolutely no support, nothing done to help rectify or diffuse the situation. I was simply told that it’s “one persons word against another” and that it’s just “expected when you live in a flat” which I’m sure you can understand is less than helpful when I’m already incredibly upset at the situation and lack of any form of empathy or responsibility to act on genuine complaints.
