Great Property Manager!
Donavan was extremely helpful and kind when showing us the property. I was in crutches due to an injury and he was very courteous in holding doors open for me and asking if I needed anything. The application process was also made very easy!

Dont expect any repairs to get done, emails to get replied too.
Lots of tenants do what they wish, and nothing gets done about it. Smoking in flats, do as you please.
Report any repairs, and get the standard reply, landlord will not approve the ...
