Being a newcomer in Edinburgh, we were struggling to find a house. The housing season was crazy and we were viewing houses after houses with rejections in our plate and not finding a good place to live in. For us, the way Touchstone handles their lettings, as in "first come first serve" was godsend. Also, we are lucky enough that the apartment we moved in was brand new, we were the first tenant there. Compared to the other places we viewed, this place was much bigger and spacious and made good utilization of space. The apartment is well lit and the cupboards are bult in, wasting no space which was a big bonus.
Their service is also commendable, something which we were worried about. They are quick to solve any of our issues. All in all, we are very happy.
