I have been chasing agents to know if a flat in Slough is available - Lexington Apartments - and every time I was told someone would call me. The last time was today and when I called back, someone put the phone down! It has been over a week and I have called 5 times. Normally, I do not take these things to heart but in this case, I must! Now, the fact is that is probably due to Slough general lack of quality of service, as I have experienced the same problem with other agencies, so maybe they are just a bit Slough! An unsatisfied potential client speaking from the Haart!

Not really impressed with Haarts of slough. They put a tenant in my flat who Couldn't afford to pay rent? Never got the first rent on time and every month late rent or part rent? Not really impressed with Haarts of slough.
They put a tenant in my flat who Couldn't afford to pay rent? Never got the first rent on time and every month late rent or part rent?
I would never use them again and I still have there tenants in my flat now over 8 months with no rent . Really pissed of with them.
Now waiting to take tenants to court.
Nearly a year of no rent no court date
There letting team is useless.
I would never recommend them.
But have to say the admin team was great, kept me up to date and very helps.

I had really hard time to resolve my issue with previous managers from Haart, so frustrated but thanks to the Property Manager: Lynna Proctor, Who actually stepped into my request and chased up the process to resolve it sooner. I reported the actual issue 2 months back and no one responded properly, after a series of calls and email with the agents in Haart slough, Finally Lynna stepped forward and resolved in 3 weeks.

But Emilio did such a good job of advertising the flat & finding tenants for my flat and within days instead of weeks, I was very impressed with him and the 100% effort he put into renting out my place

First, Haart lettings appear to have the market cornered on the best properties in Slough compared to their competitors. Second, Nick and Syed, the agents I have been liaising with have been supportive from the start.
They both helped me find a place which I loved, they were extremely clear about cost breakdown and comprehensive in their approach so I was never left feeling like there were hidden costs. They were able to help the process move along and were always welcoming, highly professional and pleasant.
They both have hard to find, highly valuable, problem solving attitudes. Thank you to both of you and to Haart.
