Very little care or effort for their clients who pay good money. Been waiting two weeks on a response now, now matter how many time I email it's just radio silence. Property managers don't double check the information they receive therefor they can cause much stress and many mistakes. I urge Touchstone to care about their tenants.

Lots of tenants do what they wish, and nothing gets done about it. Smoking in flats, do as you please.

The team has recently issued a reminder to residents regarding the problem with smoking, and they will also be making ad hoc visits to site to gain further insight in to the issues you have reported.
